Designed for Success

Designed for Success

By Ebenezer Ajitena

ISBN  1434382265

Designed for Success bookDesigned for Success by Ebenezer Ajitena is a powerful preacher and teacher of ‘the Word’, preaching the living Word to the dying world. He uses the analogy of Noah’s ark – we must each build our own ark to God’s blueprints to ride out the storms of life. The truths Pastor Ajitena unveils are relevant for today’s believer.

Wisdom principles include: God ‘fashioned’ you for success; anxiety can capsize your ship of destiny; and the greater the problem, the bigger the victory.

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

By Stephen R Covey

ISBN  0743272455

The 7 Habits of Highly Effective PeopleGround-breaking when first published in 1990, this book continues to be a business bestseller. Author Stephen Covey realises that true success encompasses a balance of personal and professional effectiveness.

Covey studied the characteristics of successful people and whittled these down to seven habits generally demonstrated by the successful. In order to adopt them yourself you may need to change your perception of how the word works but Covey takes the reader through this change, which affects how you perceive and act regarding productivity, time management, positive thinking, developing your ‘proactive muscles’  (rather than reacting), and much more.
You’ll want to study this book rather than skim it but the effort is worth it.
